Inferno Level 2: Trailblazers

Trailblazers is Level 2 of our comprehensive Inferno training program!

Between level 1 and 2: Partnering with leadership to create a next level training calendar on the here and now. Offerings are custom tailored and will feature courses on: Business fundamentals, agent financials, sales 101, scripting, agent marketing, etcetera. Ignite Inferno graduates will have the opportunity to work with a mentor (coaches/top agents) between phase 1 and group coaching. The expectation will be for all program agents to finish their 45 hour post licensing course within first 90 days, so they can be removed from our managing broker’s full supervision.

Level 2:Inferno Level 1 graduates and incoming/current R1’s are invited to partake in focused group sessions 2X per month, going deep on implementing the skills learned in Level 1 of Inferno and applying best in-class practices to their books of business. The program also includes a monthly 1:1 mini session with a PC to focus on growth, goals and accountability.
