What Is a SEAL Team?
Groups of agents building their businesses by focusing on the same ONE lead generation activity, challenges include weekly accountability to ensure that you are taking action.
Process:
- Sign up to join a SEAL Team (USE THE GOOGLE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE)
- Each SEAL Team starts with a recorded launch class that will teach you the best practices from Keller Williams agents nationwide about how to grow your business for that specific SEAL Team’s lead generation source.
- After the launch class, you will receive a PDF version of the slides presented during the class, as well as access to the SEAL Team’s exclusive Facebook Group for networking and additional resources.
- Then, you can begin your four-week challenge.
- Joining a SEAL Team will give you exclusive access to monthly masterminds with other agents in your SEAL Team, where you will discuss best practices for building your business through your lead gen source focus.
Each team’s challenge has weekly requirements to stay in the group.
- Accountability: Everyone receives one free strike for not completing the week’s activities. If you fail to complete all of the required activities for two weeks out of the four-week challenge and receive a second strike, that is when you will be removed from the SEAL Team and the Facebook Group for the remainder of the month. You will always have the ability to rejoin at any time!
