Paige Montgomery is the founder of PWM Group, a top producing Chicagoland real estate team. She began her real estate career in 2018 and was named Rookie of the Year in 2019. From there she continues to grow year over year sustaining explosive, yet intentional, growth consistently placing her and the team in the office’s top 10%. She is humbled to serve on Keller Williams’ Agent Leadership Council. Her hands on leadership style and experience enabled her team to create robust systems and scaling opportunities based on proven business results from her previous endeavors outside of real estate. Team members and clients alike find Paige’s dedication to achieving positive results infectious and relentless.

Prior to working in real estate, Paige co-founded one of the nation’s fastest growing logistics transportation brokerages (average transaction price of $950), eclipsing $1MM in revenue year one, and accelerating past $15MM in year five, ultimately landing spot #697 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing companies.

No stranger to coaching, in 2017, she founded a consulting company focused on career/company growth, establishing brand identity, and scaling small-midsize businesses. From there she realized her true passion. Paige’s “big why” is to inspire and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs to build robust businesses, achieve massive success and discover financial freedom while upholding the highest standards in integrity and through keeping kindness, gratitude, and positivity at the epicenter. She’s faced much adversity in her personal and professional life and attributes her continued success to mindset and grit. She’s passionate about showing others how to unlock the life of their dreams through mindset and consistency.

Meredith DeLeo is the co-founder, Broker / Realtor, marketing guru, and Lion Queen of The DeLeo Group of Keller Williams Infinity. Meredith and her husband Joe began their company in 2018 and quickly became top producers, ranking in the top 20% of their Keller Williams company each year. (Over 1000 agents) Meredith is an enthusiastic, high energy, and passionate REALTOR with a strong background in marketing, networking, negotiating, and educating.

Within 12 months of becoming licensed, Meredith recognized that she had changed the trajectory of her family’s financial outlook simply by helping others achieve their real estate goals. Meredith was hired as a Launch Coach in March 2021 to help inspire, teach, mentor, and coach new agents and help them get into production faster. She helps agents grow in knowledge and confidence so that they too can live a life by design, not default. She enjoys pouring into new agents and sharing knowledge and experience to elevate the industry of real estate. She believes that collaboration over competition offers a deeper understanding of resources that contributes to higher achievement and personal joy.

Meredith thrives on relationships always coming from a place of contribution. Whether in real estate or life, she enjoys connecting others to meet and achieve their goals! From the closing table with a client to the training table with a new agent, Meredith strives to be Fiercely Different.

Jack Kelley joined Keller Williams as a brand new dual-career agent in November 1996. He immediately began to build a strong foundation for a successful business and as a result, he was fortunate enough to close six transactions in his first year. He left his full-time job in June of 1998 and went on to serve hundreds of families over the years.

Jack’s sales accomplishments earned him the opportunity to serve on the Market Center Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for seventeen years. He also served on the Mid-American Regional ALC for four years and the KW International ALC for two years.

While on the ALC, Jack served for several years as the head of the education committee in the market center where he was responsible for putting together the training calendar each month. This is where he discovered his passion for teaching. Jack has taught many classes such as 36-12-3, Ignite and Inferno as well as one-offs based on the needs of our agents. He also developed an accountability program for future and current Cappers that met weekly to set and discuss their weekly goals.

In 2014, Jack accepted the position of Designated Managing Broker for the Naperville and Plainfield Market Centers. In this role, he is responsible for compliance, working through transactional strategies with the agents and making sure they are kept up to date with any new laws, procedures or forms and mentoring the new agents.

Jack continues to enjoy his role as a leader, mentor and coach. He gets a great deal of personal satisfaction by helping an inexperienced agent become a rock star!
