Inferno Level One: Sparking Greatness

Sparking Greatness is level one of our comprehensive real estate training program, perfect for agents who are new to our Market Center and agents who need a skills refresh. This robust program infuses KWRI’s Ignite 2.0 and Voice of Won’s holistic approach, marrying the perfect combination of fundamentals and mindset... And setting an unbreakable foundation. Standards and expectations are required for program graduation. Coaching/Leadership will work together to provide an “on call” contact for each cohort.

• Must commit to attendance requirement/tracking/accountability
  
  • Time commitment: 3 days a week, 9am-1pm
• Investment of 10% GCI for one year, with 4 transaction minimum commitment regardless contract term
